1. This Website only provides takeaway ordering services for self pick-up. We do not provide delivery services. We reserve the right to reject any online order if such order is believed to be a fraud or intentionally malicious after reviewing the order details.
2. Customers can only place orders for pick-up during the same day after the payment is settled. Customers are required to finish the ordering procedures at least 30 minutes or more prior to the expected pick-up time.
3. To place an order via this Service, the customer needs to provide an email address for receiving the order confirmation and phone number for contact purpose on unexpected issues. If the customer is providing a contact of another person, the customer is required to obtain the consent of such other persons. Furthermore, the customer is also liable for providing such personal information.
4. Order made through this Website is subject to acceptance and confirmation by Us. Once an order is confirmed, the order can neither be cancelled nor altered online.
5. Separate orders and payment are required if takeaway orders are to be collected at different time, on different dates or at different stores.
6. All coupons are not applicable to this Service, as digital payment is the only method accepted to complete the order online.
7. Items are available only while stocks last. If the item(s) in a confirmed order is(are) out of stock, We will contact the customer to cancel the order and provide refund to customer’s account via the original payment method, time may vary due to payment gateway processing.
8. The order you submit via this Service can only be fulfilled after being accepted and confirmed by Us.

4. Product Information and Pricing

1. We reserve the right to update the price and/or product details at any time without prior notice. We will exercise our reasonable effort to satisfy the special dietary requirements of the customer, yet without guarantee on meeting such requirements of every customer.
2. We shall exercise reasonable effort to ensure accuracy of products details displayed on this Website. We may, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, alter any part of the content on this Website.
3. The prices posted on this Website are applicable to online ordering only. Some products may be priced differently at store(s).
4. We may at our absolute discretion from time to time decline any order, due to unforeseeable situation or shortage of any product or ingredient.

5. Payment

1. Payment for online takeaway order must be settled by a valid credit card (VISA/MasterCard/UnionPay/American Express), Alipay and Wechat Pay via this Service.
2. All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars.
3. We reserve the right to modify payment terms for any order without prior notice.

6. Order Pick-up

1. Under general circumstances, the order pick-up time is limited to the business hours of the store on the same day. When the selected store becomes unavailable for pick-up, We will contact the customer to arrange alternative pick-up time and/or store.
2. We shall exercise our reasonable effort to ensure orders to be completed at the selected pick-up time assigned by the customer, but pick-up time in particular store(s) may be reasonably delayed due to operational circumstances.
3. If the order is not being picked up within 2 hour from the selected pick-up time specified on the order, the order will be deemed cancelled and no refund will be made. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the 2-hour limit will be shortened depending on the business hours of the relevant store(s).
4. During pick-up, customers must show the valid order confirmation to the staff for verification. Each order confirmation can be used for pick-up once only. Pick-up records kept by Us shall be deemed conclusive.
5. Customers should keep the order confirmation properly. Anyone showing the staff of the relevant store with a valid order confirmation will be deemed as an authorized representative for order pick-up. We are not responsible for any loss incurred by customer’s negligence in keeping the order confirmation.

7. Refund and Cancellation

1. Upon confirmation of the order, neither the order can be cancelled, nor the item(s) can be altered by the customer.
2. All items sold are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable after payment of such order has been settled.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Contitions will be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
